MERCHANDISE INFORMATION
Each vendor MUST provide a full and detailed list of merchandise to be sold and prices. Upon review of your application more information, including but not limited to, photographs of booths or merchandise may be requested. Only items listed on the application can be sold at the event. The Adams Avenue Business Association (AABA) reserves the right to determine those businesses, organizations or activities most suitable for the Adams Avenue Unplugged festival. The official event t-shirt is produced by the AABA. No other event t-shirts will be allowed for sale. The AABA reserves the right to refund booth fees to any vendor whose merchandise or decor is deemed inappropriate for the event by event organizers. We ask that all displays and merchandise be appropriate for an all-ages neighborhood venue.

ARTS/CRAFTS VENDOR BOOTHS
Booth space is 10foot by 10foot. Only booth space is provided. No chairs, tables, canopies, or trashcans are provided. The spaces are only rented for two days. Booth space will not be given to one-day vendors.

FOOD VENDORS BOOTHS
All food vendors are required to carry special event insurance coverage. Upon acceptance into the event you must provide a copy of your Certificate of Insurance.

CLEANUP
The cleanup of the booth and surrounding area is the responsibility of the vendor. Area must be cleaned immediately upon closing. Food vendors that do not clean up their area will not be refunded their $100.00 cleaning deposit. Arts/Crafts vendors that do not clean their area will be noted and not asked to future events. 


ELECTRICAL INFORMATION
This event will run primarily in daytime with hours of operation on Saturday running into the evening. We have a limited number of electric hookups, so not everyone can receive electric for night time lighting, nor is it necessary. The AABA provides two light towers per block that provide minimal lighting for night time operations. We encourage vendors to use battery operated lights. No generators are permitted unless they are whisper quiet and do not interfere with neighboring vendors. Electric chargers are based on 1-20amp/110 volt circuit. You will be required to supply a plug or UL approved adapter to match, plus 50' - 100' of heavy duty power cord. Every vendor is responsible for taping down their own cords. Vendors who do not request and pay for electricity up front will not be able to make changes to their application after the fact. The Adams Avenue Street Fair electrician will be assisting with your hookups and has the authority to remove any hook ups found to be unsafe.

​By electronically submitting this application, I hereby confirm that the above information is, to the best of my knowledge, true and correct and further certify that I have read all of the information provided in this application. The Adams Avenue Street Fair assumes no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or claim arising out of the participants acts or omissions in the Adams Avenue Street Fair. Further, participant (indemnitor) shall defend and indemnify the Adams Avenue Street Fair and the Adams Avenue Business Association (indemnitee) for the negligence, fault, misconduct and liabilities caused by the participant (indemnitor) should said negligence, fault and/or misconduct lead to the filing of a claim or legal action.

DESCRIPTION OF EVENT

The Adams Avenue Street Fair will be held Saturday & Sunday, September 29th & 30th, 2012, on Adams Avenue, between 35th Street and 32nd Street, in Adams Park, and on Mansfield/School Street (9 blocks long). Hours are 10am-10pm Saturday and 10am-7pm Sunday (event will run an extra hour later than last year). Vendor booths will be in the middle of the street back to back. Stages and Beer Gardens will be on side streets.
