Yes, you read that right and you read it here first. This year we introduce Adams Avenue Unplugged. Listen to dozens of local musicians while discovering new Avenue hot spots and falling in love all over again with old favorites. We'll provide trolleys to pick you up and drop you off at your next listening destination and the local parks will showcase performances so you can enjoy the lovely San Diego weather.
This is an event for everyone, with many types of music, food, drink, and fun!

Join us as over 30 Avenue restaurants open their doors for samples galore.

Street Fair - Saturday & Sunday, September 29th - 30th, 2012
Last year the Street Fair turned 30 and we threw a pretty awesome party, if we do say so ourselves. If you didn't make it out this year you missed a lot - Beat Farmers reunion, the one and only El Vez, and up-and-coming Dengue Fever.
This event features 6 stages, 3 beer gardens, a beer taste on Saturday, over 70 live bands, 200 arts/crafts/retail vendors, kid's carnival, and 30 unique food vendors. It's San Diego's largest FREE music festival and our 31st promises to be even better.
Band lineups to be announced in September.

Holidays On Adams - December 2012
In December everyone on the Avenue gets in the holiday spirit and it shows! During our one- night-only, Holiday on Adams Avenue event, local shops offer discounts, refreshments, and entertainment to help spread the cheer. A trolley will take you the whole length of the Avenue to see the festively decorated storefronts, stop to hear carolers along the way, and you may even see Santa!
