During the last weekend of September the Avenue is closed to traffic from 32nd to 35th Street. Cars are replaced with 300+ arts, crafts, retail and food vendors.

In December, everyone on the Avenue gets in the holiday spirit and it shows! During our one-day only Holiday on Adams Avenue event, Kensington Library Park transforms into a winter wonderland. Kids under 10 can enjoy playing in the snow, visiting with Santa, listening to carolers, and making festive arts and crafts. Many local shops offer discounts, refreshments and entertainment to help spread the cheer.
