AABA Annual Meeting Reminder

The Adams Avenue Business Association’s Annual Breakfast Meeting will be held tomorrow, Tuesday, February 9th from 8-10 AM at The Rabbit Hole, 3377 Adams Avenue. The cost of the breakfast is $10 (cash or check) at the door. If you haven’t RSVP’d call the office immediately at 619-282-7329.

Ward Canyon Dog Park Update

The new interim dog park at Ward Canyon Park will officially open this Saturday, February 13th after the ribbon cutting ceremony from 12-1pm. A big thank you to the Normal Heights Community Association, the Adams Ave Recreation Council, and Councilmember Todd Gloria for their initiative and dedication to the project.

Storefront Improvement

The City of San Diego has recently re-vamped their Storefront Improvement Program which revitalizes building facades visible to customers, neighboring merchants, and residents. They increased subsidy incentives and expanded eligibility of participating businesses. See their website for more info.

Mid-City Little League

The AABA would like all Adams Avenue businesses to consider sponsoring the Mid-City Little League (MCLL) this year! In return for your sponsorship dollars your business will receive advertising and benefit our community and the oldest little league in San Diego.

All sponsors are acknowledged and thanked at league functions, including Opening and Closing Day Ceremonies and in the All-Star commemorative program. The website also identifies sponsors and includes links to their websites. Website:midcitylittleleague.com
