Oct. 30 from 10 am- 3 pm
Please join us for CicloSDias, a free, open street event where the route starts at Adams Avenue and 30th St. traverses south through North Park and east into City Heights! Enjoy car-free streets for 2.5 miles at this city-wide community celebration open to anyone who wants to bike, walk, stroll or skate along some of San Diego’s most significant and historic neighborhoods. People of all ages and abilities are welcome, pets too! (on leashes). Activities will include special promotions and festivities from local businesses and family oriented entertainment. Nov. 16 from 5:30-7:30 pm: Please join the AABA at its next quarterly Business Mixer at Ould Sod, 3373 Adams Ave. All AABA members are invited and encouraged to attend. Light refreshments and a no-host bar will be provided at this informal gathering. It’s a good time to socialize with your small business colleagues. Be sure to check out Ould Sod’s expanded facilities with the addition of a spacious new patio!
Nov. 26 on Small Business Saturday 2-5 pm, Adams Avenue Spirit Stroll: Come enjoy Small Business Saturday Adams Avenue style as we bring back last year’s inaugural spirit stroll which was a hugely successful sold out event. Sample holiday cocktails curated by some of Adams Avenue’s most talented bartenders from the area’s popular restaurants and bars. The holiday themed cocktails are offered inside Adams Avenue retail locations, so you can sip while you shop the best of Adams Avenue.
Dec. 11 from 12-4 pm Holiday on Adams Avenue. Bring your kids to this family-friendly event which celebrates the holiday season. AABA provides snow thanks to the generous sponsorship of Villainous Lair Comics and Gaming. Santa Claus is also onsite, arriving in his Model T Ford pulled by Santa’s reindeers. You can snap your own pictures of your kids on Santa’s lap. Also enjoy hot chocolate, cookies and caroling in Kensington Park.
