Cutz-4-Kidz offers FREE haircuts for children 5-13 years old while collecting new school supplies donated for local elementary schools. Visit Dink’s Barber Shop and Supply, House of Imago or Originality Barber Salon on Sunday, August 4th from 10AM to 2PM.
AABA Members Summer Mixer Wednesday, August 7th

Come network and socialize with fellow Adams Ave business and property owners. It’s great to meet some of the new owners on the Avenue and get better acquainted with our old friends! The AABA Summer mixer will be held at The Rabbit Hole, 3377 Adams Avenue on Wednesday August 7th from 5:30-7:30pm; light hors d’oeuvres provided/no-host bar. AABA  members only please. 38th Annual Adams Avenue Street Fair – Sat & Sun, Sept 21 & 22
The 38th Annual Adams Avenue Street Fair is set for Saturday, September 21st 10am-10pm and Sunday, September 22nd 10am -6pm. This celebrated event draws over 100,000 people over the two days with 100 free performances on seven stages, festival food, vendors, beer gardens, craft beer taste and carnival rides. Adams Avenue Street Fair
CicloSDias comes to Adams Ave Sunday, October 27th
Join the next CicloSDias San Diego on Adams Avenue, Sunday October 27th from 10am – 3pm! San Diego’s Open Street Event promotes active living and healthy communities by temporarily closing streets (Adams Avenue) to cars so that people may enjoy fun physical activities like walking, jogging, biking and dancing. The event is sponsored by the San Diego County Bicycle Coalition , the AABA and other community organizations.
The San Diego Small Business Collaborative Loan Program
Need a small business loan? The AABA is marketing a new loan program in conjunction with the City of San Diego, CDC Small Business Finance Corporation and HUD. The San Diego Small Business Collaborative Loan program is available to businesses in (or in close proximity to) the Adams Avenue business corridor. 50,000-$300,000 loan amounts with 5% fixed interest, up to 10yr amortization and no prepayment penalty. Obtain working capital for job retention or creation, capital equipment or business expansion and other uses. Available to start-up ventures. Easy one-page application to start the process.
